Porsche’s First Track Day 2024 in Chile: Excitement and Speed ​​at the Codegua International Circuit

Under a clear sky and with very good weather, the first Porsche Track Day of the year 2024 took place in Chile, last Saturday, April 13. The activity, full of excitement and adrenaline, brought together Porsche customers and fans, who had the unique opportunity to experience the power and performance of the iconic Porsche models on a world-class track.

The exclusive event was held at the Codegua International Raceway, in the O’Higgins Region and featured various models, from the legendary 911 Carrera, through the agile Cayman 718 Boxter, to the impressive Taycan, which debuted showing all its electric sportsmanship in Chile. Both amateur and professional drivers enjoyed free driving sessions, challenging their driving skills and exploring the limits of these high-performance vehicles in a controlled and safe environment.

In addition to the exciting driving sessions, attendees enjoyed the second date of the Carrera Cup Championship, a tournament where GT3 and GT4 models compete, with more than 22 racing cars on the track. The driver Carlos Ruiz Junior was crowned the winner, who not only took victory in Race 1, but also triumphed in Race 2, consolidating his position to continue in the championship.
