Shares of PI Industries Ltd. traded 1.04 per cent up at Rs 3814.35 at around 10:25AM (IST) on Monday. The stock had closed at Rs 3774.75 in the previous session. Equity benchmark Sensex traded 482.68 points higher at 74212.84 around the same time. The scrip has climbed 12.75 per cent in the last one year to date, while the 30-share index has gained 24.03 per cent during the same period.

The stock’s 52-week high price stood at Rs 4032.0 and the 52-week low price at Rs 3050.05.

Trading volume on the counter stood at 2,798 shares, while it quoted a price-to-earnings ratio of 35.69, an EPS value of 104.97 and a price-to-book value of 6.39. In the Nifty50 pack, 30 stocks traded in the green, while 20 stocks were in the red.

Promoter/FII Holding
Promoters held 46.09 per cent stake in the company as of March 31, 2024, while foreign institutional investors and mutual funds’ ownership stood at 20.26 per cent and 14.99 per cent, respectively.

Key Financials
For the quarter ended 31-Dec-2023, the company reported consolidated sales of Rs 1953.6 crore, down 9.71 per cent from the previous quarter’s Rs 2163.8 crore and down 17.45 per cent from the year-ago quarter’s Rs 1663.4 crore. The company reported net profit of Rs 448.6 crore for the latest quarter.
