Likewise, the rule establishes that there is no legal impediment for a business to open on a non-waivable holiday, as long as the attention it provides is provided directly or personally by its owner.

An extra fact is that the only mandatory and inalienable holidays are the days January 1st for New Years, May 1st, September 18th and 19th for National Holidays and December 25, for Christmas.
