Thomas Columba Cryan, Kiltymooden, Ballinamore, Co Leitrim, passed away in his home, surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, 5th May 2024. Beloved husband of Kay, father of Fiona, Sine, Pam, Lisa and Columba. He will be missed by his wife Kay, his children and his partners, his 11 grandchildren, extended family members and close family friends. Pre-deceased by his late wife Mary, brother Josie and sister Carmel. Removal on Tuesday, 7th May, from his home to arrive at St. Patrick’s Church, Ballinamore, for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. The death has occurred of Sean (John) Browne, Mohill, Co. Leitrim, Sunday 5th of May 2024 at his home at Shannagh Grove, Mohill with his heartbroken family by his side. Beloved husband of Lorraine, much loved father of Simone and Karl, adored grandfather of Jason, Carla, Mochara, Cahir and Croía. Sean will be deeply mourned and sadly missed by his loving wife, daughter and son, his mother; Jane, sisters; Rebecca, Niamh and Clara, brother; Gavan. His grandchildren; Jason, Carla, Mochara, Cahir and Croía, son-in-law; Anthony Egan and daughter-in-law; Linda McKenna., sisters-in-law; Julie, Alison and Karen., brothers-in-law; Jimmy Bannigan, Sean Quinn, David Clyne and Brian Conboy, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and Barney, the extended Browne and Conboy families and so many great neighbors and wonderful friends. The Keane family are very sad to announce the death of Bernard Keane, St Brigid’s Court, St Brigid’s Drive, Clontarf West, Dublin 5, and formerly of Ballinamore Rd, Drumshanbo, Co Leitrim on Saturday, 4th May, 2024. Predeceased by his parents James and Kathleen and their sisters Carmel and Marese. He will be sadly missed by his brothers John (Jersey), Seamus and Joe (Drumshanbo), Paul (Leitrim Village), and his sisters Anne (Ballinamore), Teresa and Bernadette (Dublin), and Majella (Portugal). He will also be missed by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, and a large circle of friends.

Kevin Doherty, Cootehall, Co Roscommon

It is with great sadness, we announce the passing of Kevin Doherty, Cootehall, Boyle, Co. Roscommon (former Solicitor and Leitrim County Registrar) on Friday, May 3rd 2024. Peacefully, in the tender care of the staff of Sligo University Hospital, following a brief illness. Kevin is predeceased by his parents James and Maureen and his dear brother Seán. Kevin will be sadly missed by his adoring and devoted wife Jacinta (Jessie), his loving brother Colm (Gort), and sisters Ann (Neary), Maria (Joyce) (Ballinrobe), and Philomena (Mena), also by his sisters- in-law Maura and Rita, brothers-in-law Donal Neary, John Joyce and Kevin Connolly. John Burke, 23 Upper Marian Road, Boyle, Co. Roscommon passed peacefully on Saturday, 4th May 2024, surrounded by his loving family and under the wonderful care of the staff at the North West Hospice, Sligo. Predeceased by his wife Marie Burke nee Scott, parents JJ & Kathleen Burke and his sister Attracta Fitzpatrick. Survived and sadly missed by his children Richard Burke, Ballinameen, Emma McGuinn, Ballinacarrow, son-in-law Martin McGuinn and grandson Conor, his brothers Brendan, Martin and Enda Burke and his sister Imelda Coleman (nee Burke), also by his sisters -in-law Mary Burke, Susan Burke, Maire Burke and brothers-in-law Tim Fitzpatrick & Brendan Coleman, his nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbors and large circle of friends. May I rest in peace. John will lie in state at Mahon’s funeral home, Boyle, on Tuesday, the 7th of May, from 4:30pm to 6:30pm to arrive at St. Joseph’s Church, Boyle, at 7pm.
