At the facilities of the Moquegua Regional Hospital, the ceremony was held to commemorate the Day of the Nursing, Auxiliary and Sanitary Technician of Peru.
With the objective of highlighting this date, the raising of the National Pavilion, the flag of Moquegua and the institutional flag was carried out by representatives of the technicians, assistants and health technicians.
The event was attended by Dr. Mirtha Huertas de Reynoso, executive director of the Regional Hospital, and Lic. Roxana Valdivia, head of the Nursing Department.
On May 6 of each year, the Day of the Auxiliary, Nursing and Health Technician of Peru is celebrated, a date established by Ministerial Resolution No. 0282-82-SA/DM, of November 17, 1982, and ratified by Ministerial Resolution No. 199. -90 SA/DM.
This is a fair tribute and recognition to the Technical Nursing staff, an occupational group that is characterized by a solid vocation for service and plays an important role in the care and attention of the people who go to health facilities.
