The Argentinian Agustín Canapino had an outstanding performance during the Carburation Daythe last practice session before the legendary Indianapolis 500which will be celebrated this Sunday.
With your Dallara-Chevrolet team Hollinger Racing JuncosCanapino completed 105 laps on the iconic 4,023-meter oval, setting a time of 39.9432 seconds, which is equivalent to an average speed of 362,617 km/hpositioning itself in seventh place in the session.
Carburation Day allows you to make final adjustments and ensure that the cars are in optimal condition for competition. During this session, teams focus on fine-tuning engine settings, checking aerodynamics, and ensuring all vehicle systems are working properly.
It is also an opportunity for drivers to do race simulations and practice pit stops, ensuring they are fully prepared for the challenges they will face on Sunday.
Canapino showed a solid and consistent performance during. His time of 39.9432 seconds placed him in a prominent position, demonstrating the competitiveness and preparation of the Juncos Hollinger Racing team.
