The driver of the truck did not suffer any injuries from the accident although as Tierno explained, “he was in a state of shock because of what happened.” The experts will be in charge of determining the causes and mechanics of the accident, although as they advanced, the lack of signage on the route and the weather conditions “could be related to the incident.”
