Millonarios beat Junior 2-0 in the last match of the season played this Sunday at the Nemesio Camacho El Campín Stadium.
Alberto Gamero’s team benefited from a goal from Juan Carlos Pereira to lead to victory, as well as an own goal from Jermein Peña.
In the 49th minute, Peña put the ball into his own goal and opened the scoring for Millonarios. It didn’t take long for the hosts to increase their lead nine minutes later through Carlos Pereira.
Carlos Pereira wasted a good chance for Millonarios, while Junior regretted the lack of composure of Carlos Bacca and Déiber Caicedo.
