In the last few hours, hundreds of clients of one of the main banking applications in the country, App Bancolombia, reported the fall of the platform that affected many of its users.

Bancolombia issued a statement explaining that due to maintenance that began in the early hours of Monday, June 3, the problem was reported in the web and mobile application.

Among the known complaints, clients encountered difficulties when trying to access their accounts and when making transactions, as they received the error code bc 382. The Bancolombia application continues to not work, generating complaints from thousands of users on social networks.

Since the first report, more than 24 hours have passed since the clients of this entity in Colombia cannot access their digital wallets.

During the first hours of the holiday Monday, June 3, hundreds of users complained through the bank’s social networks and service channels. A situation that affected many of them in their usual transactions because the date fell on a holiday.

Thus, the banking entity stated that the fall was due to maintenance of its channels but this review was prolonged. However, Bancolombia reported that payments with debit and credit cards would not be affected. “Meanwhile, you can make purchases with debit and credit cards in establishments, and withdrawals at banking correspondents and ATMs. We will continue to inform you,” he expressed through his social networks.

In addition, the bank added that there is no exact time to reestablish digital channels: “We are working to be 100% as soon as possible.”
