The 2024 Copa América in the United States is approaching, with the opening match between Argentina and Canada scheduled for June 20.

Ten teams from the South American Football Confederation (Conmebol) and six from the North American, Central American and Caribbean Football Confederation (Concacaf) will compete to dethrone Lionel Messi’s Argentine team and become the new kings of the continent.

To prepare for the tournament, the teams will play a series of friendlies before June 20. Below is the schedule of friendly matches in Eastern Time in the United States and the venue:

June 1

Mexico 1 – 0 Bolivia

Costa Rica 0 – 0 Uruguay

5th June

Mexico vs. Uruguay (9 pm ET) at Empower Field at Mile High in the city of Denver, Colorado, USA.

June 6th

Netherlands vs. Canada (2:45 p.m. ET) at De Kuip Stadium, Rotterdam, Netherlands

June 7th

Peru vs. Paraguay (6 pm ET) at the Estadio Monumental de Lima in Lima, Peru.

United States vs. Colombia (5:30 pm ET) at FedExField stadium in Landover, Maryland, USA.

Mexico vs. Brazil (8:30 pm ET) at Kyle Field stadium in College Station, Texas, USA.

June 9

France vs. Canada (3:15 p.m. ET) at the Matmut Atlantique stadium in Bordeaux, France.

Argentina vs. Ecuador (6 pm ET) at Soldier Field stadium in Chicago, USA.

June 11th

Chile vs Paraguay (8 pm ET) at the Julio Martínez Prádanos National Stadium in Santiago, Chile.

June 12

United States vs Brazil (7 pm ET) at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida, USA.

Ecuador vs. Bolivia (8:30 pm ET) at Subaru Park stadium in Chester, Pennsylvania, USA.
