Nvidia surpasses Apple as the second largest company in the world

Nvidia (NVDA.US) Yesterday it surpassed Apple as the second largest company in the world by market capitalization, after a 5% increase. In fact, yesterday was the day of semiconductor companies, with ASML (ASML.NL) also surpassing LVMH as the largest company in the Eurozone.

Nvidia stands with about 3,011 billion dollars in market capitalization and overtakes Apple, which is left with 3,003 billion dollars. Right now Microsoft leads the first position, with 3,151 billion dollars.

Let us remember that Nvidia recently presented some spectacular financial statements for its first fiscal quarter, in addition to presenting new advances in chips shortly after, with a new Blackwell architecture model after just two months of use. He is also developing a new AI platform called Rubin that will be released in 2026.
