Regarding the recognition of Boragó, a Chilean restaurant characterized by its tasty and visually unique dishes, its founder expressed that “We are very grateful, Boragó is a restaurant very different from all those that exist in the rest of the world and that is what they reward in some way.”

The chef said that “What is happening today inside the Boragó is an incredible thing, it never ceases to surprise me as head chef, we have a very powerful team and something very powerful is being forged. “We have discovered things about Chilean ingredients that we never imagined and that translates into something excessively delicious.”

At Boragó they take two aspects in particular very seriously, innovation and originality. In this regard, Guzmán emphasized that “Innovation within the kitchen has been something very important and it has filled our motor, it is constantly changing.”

Finally, regarding the service and hospitality of Chilean restaurants compared to other countries, the founder of Boragó indicated that “Chile is just beginning to take this about hospitality very seriously (…) it plays a fundamental role and is immensely important in addition to food.”
