The Valparaíso and San Felipe campuses held the Single Table Tennis Recreational Championshipthe first of the year and qualifier for the Inter-site Meeting of the University of Playa Ancha, organized by the Directorate of Sports and Recreation, DIDER.
The sporting event was attended by students from our University, as well as invited students from the ARCOS Professional Institute, and was sponsored by Coca Cola’s new FASTLYTE hydrating drink, which presented the product and gave away to those present.
The activity took place in the Patio RecreActivo on May 29 and 30, by group system. “On the first day they played all against all by group and, from there, the 2 best qualified, to continue on the second day with the other phases,” explained the coordinator of the DIDER Recreation and Mass Physical Activity Area, Liset Iligaray. Meanwhile, at the San Felipe campus the meeting took place on June 3.
