“Bitter Sweet Hell” is a black comedy thriller starring Kim Hee Sun as Noh Young Won, the best family psychiatrist in all of Korea. When an anonymous blackmailer jeopardizes her career and her family, Noh Young Won teams up with her mother-in-law Hong Sa Gang (Lee Hye Young), a mystery novelist, to protect her family.

Previously in “Bitter Sweet Hell,” Noh Young Won and Hong Sa Gang teamed up in their search for Choi Jae Jin (Kim Nam Hee), only to learn that he may have passed away.
In new stills from the upcoming episode of the drama, the atmosphere between Noh Young Won and Hong Sa Gang, who were previously on the same side, has completely changed. Hong Sa Gang, who was pouring herself a glass of wine while talking on the phone, is surprised when Noh Young Won unexpectedly seeks her out to declare war.
Although Hong Sa Gang greets Noh Young Won with a friendly voice, she is frightened to see that her daughter-in-law’s behavior has become icy. Suppressing anger, guilt, and other complicated emotions, Noh Young Won is resolute and unwavering as she angrily confronts her insightful mother-in-law.
