As revealed by the Israeli newspaper ‘Haaretz’, the Tel Aviv Police have arrested a total of 33 people in the framework of the anti-government protests this Saturday afternoon, after the rescue of four hostages held in the Gaza Strip during an Israeli Army operation in the Nuseirat refugee camp, in the center of the Palestinian enclave.
During the demonstrations, in which Netanyahu was “criticized for visiting only the rescued hostages, ignoring the grieving families”, the Police dispersed the crowd with water cannons, as indicated by the newspaper ‘The Times of Israel’. .
