This is the new Yamaha Nmax exhaust that will be launched tomorrow in Indonesia

Jakarta, June 11, 2024 – Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing (YIMM) plans to launch a new motorcycle tomorrow, Wednesday, June 12, 2024. The new motorcycle is expected to be the Yamaha Nmax, which will receive a new and turbo engine.

This presentation is based on an invitation received by the VIVA Otomotif editorial team, it is said that a press conference will be held on June 12, 2024. Apart from that, Yamaha Indonesia also released a teaser video for its new product.

However, what is worrying is not the word “Turbo”, but the words that seem to offend Beat, namely, “It makes your heart skip a beat.” The video was published after the launch of the latest Honda Beat.

The Nmax is currently sold in three variants, namely Standard IDR 32.175 million, S IDR 33.175 million and Connected/ABS IDR 36.3 million. This big scooter hasn’t had an update in a long time, the last one was in 2019 or about 5 years ago.

The All New Nmax appears to use a conventional type rear suspension. However, it is intended for the Indonesian market that a tube-type shock absorber is used because it is suitable for driving on different road sections in Indonesia.

Yamaha emphasizes the word TURBO for the new product. You are probably simply adding power to increase initial acceleration. It is believed that the use of the engine will remain the same with a displacement of 155 cc.
