Former President Donald Trump conducts his mandatory interview with a City Probation officer as he awaits sentencing for his guilty verdict in a Lower Manhattan court.
The official will send the report on the call to the judge in the Juan Merchán case.
Trump’s lawyer was present during the less than 30-minute virtual interview, something that is not normally allowed.
A jury found Trump guilty of 34 felony counts of falsifying business records, related to hush payments allegedly made to adult film star Stormy Daniels before the 2016 election.
Merchán will use the report to help decide Trump’s sentence, which will be announced on July 11.
The sentence can range from probation to several years in prison.
