Fabián Ruiz has become a regular player on the Spanish national team roster. He has played in Spain’s under-19 and under-21 until he made his senior debut in 2019. He has played twenty-three games in which he has scored two goals. This is his second Euro Cup after the 2020 edition.

Its beginnings were difficult. He was a short and physically weak child when he started playing at Los Palacios. At the age of nine he entered the Betis youth team, but he could not compete hand-to-hand because he lost all the duels. He was born in a humble family with few resources and has turned the situation around 180 degrees.

The Sevillian is very close to his mother Chari. After four years in the Betis youth ranks, he got his mother to work as a cleaner at the Betis Sports City for fourteen years. Off the playing fields, he maintains a relationship with Rosa Pereira, a young woman from Seville who graduated in psychology.

Spain will play the Euro Cup for the eighth consecutive time. It has been present in eleven of the sixteen editions that have been held so far, of which it has won three and been runner-up in another. If the Spanish National Team manages to conquer the German lands, it will become the country with the most Euro Cups.
