Billionaire Elon Musk has welcomed his twelfth child, the third with his current partner, Shivon Zilis, an artificial intelligence specialist and director of Neuralink. Although they have carried out this birth with complete discretion, the founder of Tesla wanted to clarify that “I have not been a secret father, all our family and friends know it. Not issuing a press release, which would be strange, does not mean secrecy.” In any case, they have not revealed the sex or name of the newborn. Musk and Zilis had their twins in November 2021, about whom they also did not provide any information.

The businessman married writer Justine Wilson in 2000, with whom he had a daughter, Nevada Alexander, who died ten weeks after birth from sudden infant death syndrome. In 2004, the couple welcomed Griffin and Xavier Alexander, the latter of whom has legally removed his paternal surname and has no relation to Musk. In 2006, triplets Kai, Saxon and Damian were born, and two years later the couple separated.

In 2018, the technology mogul began dating singer Grimes with whom he had his first child in 2020, whom he named X AE A-XII. The same year of their breakup, in 2021, they had a girl through surrogacy to whom they also gave a curious name: Dark Sidereal.
