Lima Alliance suffered a painful 3-2 defeat against Bolívar in Matute and could not qualify for the final of the Ciudad de los Reyes Cup despite being two goals ahead on the scoreboard from the sixth minute.
Kevin Serna was the main protagonist at the start of the match when at 2′ he made damage from the right and took a poisoned cross that Ricardos Lagos defined at the other post. Four minutes later, Serna again unbalanced and enabled Jeriel de Santis to score 2-0.
Alianza Lima did not lower the level and was able to establish the victory, but it forgave many chances and ended up paying dearly for that.

Alianza Lima now awaits the loser of Sporting Cristal vs. Atlético Nacional to define third and fourth place in the Ciudad de los Reyes Cup on Sunday.
