Two men were injured this morning after a traffic accident on the Ex-103 road, between Pallares and Llerena.
The spectacular accident, including a rollover, ended with the car stuck in the ditch resting on the passenger side. Despite the condition of the vehicle, the injured have only suffered minor injuries, according to the report from the Urgent and Emergency Center 112 of Extremadura.
The accident occurred just after 7:00 a.m. on the regional road Ex-103, part of the Basic Road Network of Extremadura, administered by the Regional Government of Extremadura, which links Puebla de Alcocer with the EX-201 passing through Llerena.
As a result of the accident, both drivers, aged 44 and 46, have been injured with multiple contusions, so after being treated at the scene of the road accident, they have been referred to the Llerena hospital.
After receiving the notice from the 112 Extremadura emergency center, two ambulances were mobilized to the scene, one basic life support unit and another conventional one from the PAC of Puebla del Maestre, and agents from the Civil Guard.
Another accident
This is the second accident that has occurred this weekend on the roads of Extremadura after the one recorded this Friday afternoon in which a 40-year-old man was injured in the urban area of Olivenza.
According to data from 112 in Extremadura, the incident occurred at half past eight in the evening near the town’s cemetery and as a result, the man suffered multiple injuries and was transferred to the University Hospital of Badajoz.
