Crocker didn’t just spend money on logical businesses, he also traveled around in a private jet or bought plantations to hunt quail. The series comes to say that in business and politics everything seems to be valid. It is a satirical drama, but when the settings are the court or, later, the prison, the tone becomes more emotional thanks to Jeff Daniels’ performance.
There will be subtopics like ethnic conflicts and corruption of political and economic power. Here the innate capacity for destruction by groups with great purchasing power is called into question.
