Beatriz Pinzón Solano is back on the screen thanks to Prime Video, with a new series titled Ugly Betty: the story continues.
After months of waiting, this Wednesday not only was the release date of the production confirmed, but also the first look at what the remembered character will look like today was given.
Ugly Betty will debut on July 19 this year with a bet that will bring back several of the emblematic characters of the past, starting with Don Armando Mendoza.
In the first look of the production you can see Betty arriving at Ecomoda, while all her classmates look at her. Later, she enters Armando’s office, where she finds her husband flirting with a woman, and then their daughter appears, who calls her “mom” with a surprised face.
Ugly Betty, the Story Continues is the new RCN Studios production for Prime Video and takes place 20 years, where an empowered Betty works hard to rebuild the bond with her teenage daughter, while her relationship with Armando is rapidly deteriorating, leading that makes her question whether or not she made the right decision two decades ago.
It should be noted that in addition to Ana María Orozco and Jorge Enrique Abello, who return to the main rolesthe production will also feature the participation of Rodrigo Candamil, Julio Cesar Herrera, Luces Velásquez, Marcela Posada, Mario Duarte, Zharick León, Sebastián Osorio, Ricardo Vélez, Alberto León Jaramillo, Julián Arango, Natalia Ramírez, Lorna Cepeda, Estefanía Gómez and Juanita Molina in the new role of Betty and Armando’s daughter.
