Texas – The Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office says a suspect has been arrested after remaining holed up after he allegedly killed another man.
They added that the events occurred at 12:20 pm at 9583 Neal Rd in Forney. Authorities were able to arrest the suspect after negotiating for a period of three hours.
Relatives confirmed the death of Aaron Martínez, a neighbor of the attacker. Uvaldo Martínez, the victim’s uncle, told Telemundo 39 that “the neighbor did not have good communication with us, he did not see us very well, they had already had quarrels.”
Neighbors told our reporter Rudy Nieves that the situation did not surprise them since apparently these men were practicing shooting. However, they said that something was wrong in the place when they saw the movement of the police.
The investigation continues its course.
The reward is for whoever provides information that leads to the arrest of Francisco Oropesa, accused of murdering 4 adults and a minor in Cleveland, Texas.
