Valeska Troncoso, She is a researcher and university professor specialized in transnational organized crime and security policies in Latin America.. Part of his work focuses on the study of Chile’s security situation which in recent years has undergone a change of scenery with the appearance of the Aragua Train.

The first part of the talk focuses on how traditional trafficking routes were moved to new ports in Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay and Chile itself.
