With the presence of the seer Ivan Dragicević next to Marija Pavlović-Lunetti, they prayed on the Hill of Apparitions for peace in the world. The Joyful, Sorrowful and Glorious Mysteries were prayed, as in the previous days, before the moment of the apparition, which was around 11:30 p.m.
Among the rosaries, the prayer for peace of Saint Francis of Assisi was read in different languages, and the message that the Virgin gave in Medjugorje on June 26, 1981: “Peace, peace, peace, only peace. Peace must reign between man and God and between men”, which the Gospa gave to Marija on the third day of her apparitions.
At the end of the appearance, Marija said: “Tonight, when the Virgin has come, we, Ivan and I, entrust and deliver this Novena to the Gospa. The Virgin smiled and was very happy and she thanked all of us for the sacrifices and prayers, and she said: ‘Continue.’ The Virgin came dressed in gold, as always, on a cloud and with the crown of stars on her head. And we entrust them all to the Virgin, all our intentions, and everything we have in our hearts. Today the Virgin also prayed in her mother tongue, Aramaic. She prayed for a long time and blessed us all.”
The priests present gave the blessing in different languages, saying goodbye to the crowd that had responded to the Gospa’s call to pray for peace. Marija stayed to pray the Luminous Mysteries of the Rosary, since no one wanted to leave the place and they wanted the experience of what was lived in this Novena to last as long as possible, the prayer, the peace, the presence of God and with the Gospa praying for everyone.
