Reproductions of Van Gogh’s works are exhibited for free in Buenos Aires

Within the framework of the teacher training program titled Heart for art/Latidos del artearticulated between the Van Gogh Museum from Amsterdam, Friends of Fine Arts and DHL, are displayed in the hall of the Association two reproductions of works by the great Dutch artist Vincent van Goghcertified and donated by the Dutch museum, which will be used as teaching material for a visit program for schools that will take place during the months of May and June.

The original paintings are currently exhibited in the Van Gogh Museum of Amsterdam as part of its valuable heritage. At the same time, in the different meetings, people were invited to delve deeper into some fundamental aspects of the artist’s life, such as identity, the realization of dreams and self-improvement, among others.

In the following stages of training, we will continue, together with the Van Gogh Museumwith the mission of stimulating artistic education and sensitivity to the work of a key figure in the history of universal art.

From May to June 2024, guided tours will be carried out with the aim of learning about some fundamental aspects of the life, work and discovering the Vincent behind Van Gogh. A journey to stimulate artistic education, the crossing between the various fields of knowledge and let the imagination fly.

The visits take place on Wednesdays and Fridays at 10, with a duration of approximately 45 minutes, and are suggested for boys and girls from 6 to 12 years old.
