“Frames from Andalusia” is a trip with ten international photographers to capture the light of many of the most beautiful and authentic places in Andalusia. An initiative with the aim of promoting the community as destination among professionals in the world of imagingwhere each of the participating photographers will share their vision of the culture, landscapes, people and traditions of the eight Andalusian provinces.

The result is a documentaryabout 40 minutes long, which adds to the resources already published about this initiative on social networks, and that on the day of its presentation, last Wednesday, it had already generated more than 5.6 million impacts on Instagram, more than 690,000 views on YouTube and over 121,000 user interactions.

Through this action, a dozen prestigious international photographers in the field of travel and tourism photography have had the opportunity to tour the community to disseminate the image of Andalusia as a destination and its potential for the creation of audiovisual content.

Thus, the participation of the French photographer Alex Strohlthe Americans Jason Kummerfeldt, Mitchell Kanashkevich, Nick Carver and Taylor Pendleton; the canadian Lizzie Peirce; the british lUke Stackpoole, Mike Chudley and Thomas Heaton; and the german Robin Schimko.

The perfect expression

The Junta’s campaign ensures that “Andalusia has a lot to show the world and photography is the perfect form of expression for it.” Tour the eight Andalusian provinces and discover the places where the 10 international photographers who are the protagonists of Frames From Andalucía, experienced the Andalusian crush for the first time.

The Minister of Tourism, Culture and Sports, Arturo Bernal, highlighted the “high international impact” of this action, “with special impact on markets of extraordinary interest for the destination”, since 40% of the audience reached is from the United States. , 25% from the United Kingdom, 10% from Canada, 8% from France and the same percentage from Italy.
