almost 200 works were released for the community – CHACODIAPORDIA.COM

These free books were strategically distributed at different times, around the Library building, on the UNNE Resistencia Campus, so that whoever found them could take them to read and then release them again in a public place, so that Another person can read it and release it again.

Under the auspices of Reciaria and CONABIP, the initiative arose jointly by the UMET Libraries and the Medalla Milagrosa Institute, in which 115 Argentine Libraries throughout the country participated, including the General Directorate of Libraries of the UNNE.

From UNNE they highlighted that the experience was very enriching, far exceeding expectations. The students and users, participants in this activity, were attentive at all times when the books were released, generating a climate of enthusiasm and curiosity. “All the people were very receptive, who thanked the Library for these actions, encouraging us to repeat the experience,” they added.

For their part, from the UNNE Library Directorate, they thanked the EUDENE Publishing House (UNNE); to the Library of the Institute of Philosophy (UNNE); Cynthia Olmos; to Rosario Ruiz; Adriana Yurchesen; to Berta Bonacorsi; and the team made up of Patricia Posanzini, Mariela Ibarra, Osvaldo F. Leiva and Gabriel Barrios, who provided their support and collaboration to make this successful Book Planting possible.
