José Barroso, doctor in Spanish Philology from Cornell University in Ithaca, in New York, and Teresa Zulaica, niece of the writer and composer Aita Donostia, will present this afternoon at the Donostia Aquarium four books that compile his epistolary. They will be accompanied by the president of the Oceanographic Foundation of Gipuzkoa, José Ignacio Espel, and by Father José Angel Echeverria, director of the Aita Donostia Archive.

The event takes place at 7:00 p.m. in the ‘Vicente Zaragüeta’ Auditorium, where the four edited volumes will be presented. The first is titled ‘The Minstrel of God’, an anthology of letters written and received by Aita Donostia. The second, ‘Happy Days’, collects the correspondence with Mme. Julia Lion. The title ‘A lyrical drama begun: The flower of the meadow’, collects her epistolary relationship with Antonio Campión. And ‘In unison we are’ compiles letters between Aita Donostia and Felipe Pedrell.
