The Tusquets publishing label, belonging to the Planeta group, has announced the new José Emilio Pacheco Library collection that will be made up of the complete works of the distinguished Mexican author. The collection will start with the launch, during this month of June, of the first four titles: The battles in the desert, The rest of the fire, elements of the nightand The pleasure principle and other stories.

During the second half of the year, the other titles that make up the significant catalog will be published: you will die far away (novel), The distant wind (stories), city ​​of memory (poetry), The Song of Songs (translation), As the rain (poetry), Medusa’s blood (stories) and Don’t ask me how time flies (poetry) to all of his books.

With the José Emilio Pacheco Library, Tusquets Editores “makes available to readers a work that remains current and a touchstone of contemporary literature,” the publisher noted in the statement announcing the birth of this new collection.

With this new Planeta collection, according to its statement, it aims to consolidate itself as the leading publisher in Ibero-American literature.
