In its beginnings, Pola del Pub was a modest place, it was nothing more than an idea that didn’t even have a name. It all started with Irish Pub, a place that opened its first location in the T zone of Bogotá, in 2001, this space was not even pedestrian and was not the bar and restaurant sector that it is today. However, what set it apart was the passion that its founders put into their business, the personalized attention they provided to their customers, and the constant search for new beers to offer.

But only two decades after being founded, in the midst of a pandemic, when bars were closed indefinitely, they launched their own beer. To make this new ‘Pola’ a reality, which was going to pay tribute to craftsmanship, three connoisseurs came together; Tomás Delfino and Charlie Suarez, Berny Silberwasser.
