(DNA). – Banco Patagonia reported that it may launch a line of mortgage credits, in pesos, adjustable by UVA plus a nominal annual fixed rate of 4% for provincial and municipal public employees who receive their salary at the financial institution, intended for the purchase of homes for permanent use or investment and home renovation with preferential conditions
Outside the province, the rate on UVA mortgage loans will be 4.90% for those who receive their salary in the entity and 7.9% for the open market. The maximum term is 30 years and the credit line has a maximum of 250 million pesos.
The financing of these credits will be up to 75% of the appraised value for the case of purchase, and 25% of the appraised value for home renovation. The relationship between the credit installment and the applicant’s income may be up to 25%.
