Can you imagine you could win prizes for recycling? And I’m not just talking about the environmental benefits that this practice entails, but also about tangible rewards, such as suitcases, gourmet products or 200 euro vouchers at Atrapalo. This is the idea behind RECICLOS, an initiative of TheCircularLab, Ecoembes’ innovation center, which rewards your environmental responsibility through a Return and Reward System (SDR).
With thousands of prizes distributed Since its launch, it can already be said that RECICLOS is a success. Now, RECICLOS has carried out a new campaign on the occasion of the World Environment Day, through which, the RECYCLES that users donate will be worth double. Additionally, throughout the month of June, you will be able get interesting prizes either support solidarity, social or environmental projects.

If you don’t know her yet, you should know that RECICLOS is a proposal by TheCircularLab, the Ecoembes open innovation center. Since its launch, the app seeks to reward the environmental responsibility of citizens through a Return and Reward System.
Thus, users can obtain sustainable and social incentives for recycling plastic beverage cans and bottles. With your RECICLOS points you can support NGOs or participate in raffles.
RECICLOS seeks to ensure that this waste is recycled more and better, while promoting the circularity of the packaging we consume.
Currently, RECICLOS is already present in several municipalities in all the autonomous communities of the Spanish territory, and the application uses artificial intelligence and deep learning techniques to identify the images provided by users. It is a app developed in Spain by TheCircularLab, the Ecoembes innovation centerwhich has versions for iOS and Android.

Take care of the environment and get up to 200 euros reward
With Reciclos, you only have to scan the barcodes of the bottles and cans before disposing of them in their containers.
If you haven’t used RECYCLES yet, now you have one more reason to do so. And, if you recycle your cans and plastic beverage bottles using RECICLOS, throughout the month of June you will be able to enter the following draws:
- From June 1 to 14: you participate in the draw for 400 suitcases and travel toiletries.
- From June 15 to 30: you participate in the draw for 400 packs of C. Valencian denomination of origin: 3 kg of DO Valencia rice, a paella for 4 people, 6 bottles of 500 ml of concentrated horchata DO chufa.
- From June 10 to 24: special draw of 600 coupons of 200 euros for Atrápalo.
You can also donate your RECICLOS points to charity projects and NGOs such as ANAR, NUPA, Food Bank, Little Deseo Foundation, Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC), ReTree, Oceánidas, Juegaterapia or Grandes Amigos.
