“Generation Z is the one that reveals us today in every company: how to attract them, make them fall in love, how to think that there is not so much turnover, how to think about the career plan, what the benefits are. They lived through the arrival of Facebook, the iPhone, and YouTube. They worry about sustainability and global warming,” explained the specialist. While they seek freedom, too They are interested in guidance and motivation. “They don’t want to mortgage the present for a better future, because they don’t know if it’s going to be better,” she added. Regarding the relationship with bosses, they look for authenticity, values, purposes and social commitment.

For their part, the millennials They have one main characteristic: the adaptability. They seek independence and a balance between personal life and their career, to which they are committed. They want to work on something they are passionate about, but they have “soul of entrepreneurs”. They share with the previous ones the search for purpose.

Further removed from these ideals, generation workaholics”, very dedicated to service and teamwork. Although they are interested in personal-work balance, they also show great commitment to work.
