Qbano Sandwich, an iconic Colombian company, celebrates 45 years. Since its beginnings in a garage on Sixth Avenue in Cali, the firm It has become one of the best known in the country, with million-dollar sales every year.

“We are commemorating 45 years of one of the brands most loved by Colombians, we are proud to be the market leaders in the sale of sandwiches, reaching the 300 billion pesos in 2023”said Pablo Gómez, co-founder of Sandwich Qbano.

Regarding the operation, he noted that they have more than 220 restaurants and more than 1,500 direct employees and almost 2,000 indirect employees.

The company also highlighted the million-dollar figures generated by the sale of its traditional sauce, which completed a year on the market in 2023.

He assured that Sales of that product exceeded $650 million in Bogotá and Cali, the latter city being the one that led the demand.

“The high demand for this product is a reflection of the success of the brand, which has produced approximately 4,000 tons of sauce in the last five years”he added.

For this year, Qbano expects to exceed the sales figures for its products, reaching more than 9,390,000 transactions.

Regarding the popular sauce, the expectation is that its popularity will continue to increase and generate more than $750 million in revenue during 2024.
