Pay off the mortgage, buy a new car or take a trip to the other side of the planet. There are many things that a person would do if they had the money to do so. Likewise, there are many who, upon hearing the news of a draw worth millions of euros, decide not to lose hope and dream of getting the winning ticket. And the winner of the EuroMillions draw on June 7 will win a special jackpot of 130 million euros.

Additionally, in this draw, the rest of the prizes are also maintained. In total, there are thirteen award categories. Thus, by matching two numbers between el 1 and 50 there is already a prize in the Euromillions. The one with the jackpot requires matching all 5 numbers and 2 stars. If there are several winners, the prize is distributed equally. The winning combination wins the Jackpot.

To participate in the 130 million EuroMillions Jackpot draw, you can place your bet online immediately. To do this, it is important to select June 7, the date on which this special draw will take place. Players can choose a single or multiple bet, following the same procedure as in any regular draw. The cost of participation in this Special Draw is 2.50 euros per bet, the same as in a regular draw.

On the other hand, participation in the EuroMillions draw is only permitted to people of legal age. To participate, it is necessary to place at least one bet, selecting five numbers between 1 and 50 in the first column of the ticket, and two “Star” numbers between 1 and 12.

The odds of winning the special EuroMillions draw are equivalent to those of any regular EuroMillions draw. These probabilities depend on the number of tickets purchased. For example, when purchasing a ticket, the probability of winning the jackpot is 1 in 139,838,160. If two tickets are purchased, the odds are doubled, offering two chances to win.

When someone wins the EuroMillions and wins a jackpot of 130 millions of euros, the question arises as to what amount you will actually receive. Since in these games it is important to take into account withholdings and disc taxes. In Spain, as in many other countries, lottery prizes are subject to tax, although there is an initial threshold exempt from taxation.

In the case of the 130 million jackpot, the first 40,000 euros are tax-free, allowing winners to receive this part of the prize without tax deductions. However, the rest of the prize, that is, the remaining 129,960,000 euros, is subject to a 20% retention.
