General Motors announced the launch in the local market of its Chevrolet small segment SUV Tracker in RS sports versionwhich presents a particular aesthetic that differentiates it from the rest of the product range made in Argentina.

As a limited edition of 100 units that arrives from Brazil, the Tracker RS ​​adopts distinctive features of a sporty appearance, just as the brand has already done with other models such as the Cruze, the Onix and the Equinox. The new SUV that is now available is characterized by the Chevrolet logo and branding in black, the “RS” badges front and rear, the black front grille with a sporty honeycomb-style design, a glossy black protector front and rear and exterior rear-view mirrors in black.

To these aesthetic elements, it adds 17″ wheels with a “High Gloss” finish, full LED headlights with black mask, LED rear lights and a panoramic sliding roof to increase the luminosity and ventilation of the cabin, the brand indicated.

Inside, the Tracker RS ​​is distinguished by having seats, steering wheel, door panels and console in a premium black finish with red topstitching. In addition, it offers the MyLink connectivity equipment that already includes the model range with wireless projection, OnStar assistance and myChevrolet application, in addition to native Wi-Fi hotspot on board.

In terms of safety equipment, the Tracker RS ​​has six airbags as standard which, along with other devices, earned it the maximum score of five stars from the Latin NCAP vehicle evaluation organization, Chevrolet highlighted.

The engine is the same as the Tracker made in Argentina (composed of the MT, AT, LTZ and Premier versions): 1.2 L three-cylinder turbo-gasoline with a power of 132 HP and a torque of 190 Nm, to which it is associated a 6-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive.

The Tracker RS ​​comes in four color options: white, red, gray and black. Its suggested price is $31,916,900with a 3-year or 100,000 km warranty.
