About the ‘New Chambacú’

The ‘Nuevo Chambacú’ sports complex is the district administration’s commitment to renew this sector of Cartagena. It includes the construction of soccer, softball and basketball fields, in addition to the intervention in the area adjacent to the Espíritu del Manglar Park.

The value of these works exceeds $47.564 million and the execution period will be 17 months. This process is currently in the bid evaluation stage and it is expected that the contract will be awarded on July 4.
