VIS and non-VIS housing in Colombia through Colsubsidio subsidy

Colsubsidio housing fair: dates and offer of VIS and Non-VIS housing

The event will take place on June 14, 15 and 16. According to Aníbal Villate Escobar, Housing Manager at Colsubsidio, “the Housing Fair will have no registration fee and we have been interested in having a wide range of housing service options for visitors. who will be able to find projects with prices from 115 SMMLV* (around $149 million).”

· Northern savanna: Arrayán Forest and Turpial Forest in Tocancipá and Inari in Chía.

· Bogota: Los Nogales in the Ciudadela Colsubsidio Calle 80, Villa Fiorita to the west, Karakalí in Chapinero and La Arboleda in San Cristóbal Sur.

· Soacha: La Macarena, Monguí and Pamplona in Ciudadela Maiporé with two new projects that you will have the opportunity to discover at the Fair.

· Ricaurte, Cundinamarca: Payandé.
