I call for BQUO, the project to accelerate talent in DOMINION

After the success of the 1st edition, DOMINION GLOBAL has once again launched its own entrepreneurship and talent development program aimed at promoting business ideas in the field of technology and sustainability, as well as the professional capabilities of people who want to develop their business management career in innovative business environments.

For Mikel Barandiaran, CEO of the firm, «the commitment DOMINION’s commitment to talent is a hallmark of our company culture, and a key factor when explaining the success of our business model: entrepreneurial vocation and business rigor«.

That is why the firm looks for projects and talent in the 35 countries where it is located, to promote talents with an entrepreneurial spirit and technological projects that improve sustainability: «BQUO is not an accelerator, nor a business school, nor a talent incubator or a corporate university: it is all of these at the same time!«explains Patricia Berjón, director of BQUO.

A differential program tailored to each candidacy

Indeed, it is a different and unique initiative. Unlike other entrepreneurship programs and business accelerators, BQUO does not require its candidates to have a project underway to participate; It is enough to have an idea for the field of sustainability and technology at any stage of development. Talented people who, without an idea, want to solve a challenge designed by DOMINION to develop their capabilities during an initial period of 6 months on board their offices in Bilbao can also participate in the program.

BQUO is an exclusive program that offers its members a half-year immersive experience within DOMINION, with a stay at the company’s headquarters in Bilbao, personalized training designed based on their respective needs, and accompaniment comprehensively with the help of a mentor from the DOMINION management team throughout the entire process. The combination of both elements will allow each participant to develop their own entrepreneurial projects and carry out challenges proposed by the organization, all connected to DOMINION’s main sectors of activity: industry, energy, telecommunications and infrastructure, with a clear focus on improving sustainability.

In this second edition, in addition, the People and Projects selected by the Committee will coexist during their stay in Bilbao with DOMINION intrapreneurs, people who are part of the Company’s professional group selected to develop internal company challenges; a clear commitment to internal and external entrepreneurial talent. «We believe that the hybridization of cultures, origins and disciplines will be a catalyst for DOMINION«adds the director of BQUO.

Call open until June 28

The professional environment for professional development and personalized training offered by BQUO, along with mentoring by DOMINION’s executive team, access to corporate resources, project and stay financing, as well as the financial remuneration that accompanies the process, are important arguments that motivate participation. Thus, the initiative is already receiving proposals.

«We look for projects focused on improving sustainability through technology, in DOMINION’s areas of activity. Regardless of its phase, we offer comprehensive support and personalized training. We work with you respecting your autonomy. The project is yours“concludes Berjon.
