The users of Transmeter They already have a new digital tool to check the balance of your access card to the mass transportation system.

Its about SIU, User Information Systema platform where, in addition to checking the current balance, you can view the history of smart plastic recharges.

The user must enter the website www.siu.transmetro.gov.co and register their personal data. They will also be able to access by scanning the QR code found on the back of the SIBUS card that Transmetro made available to users.

Once this step is completed, the access card can be personalized by approaching the Customer Service Point located at the Joe Arroyo return station or by calling the customer service line 320 635 9257.

It should be noted that users who personalized their smart plastic after April 15 of this year will only have to update their password in the SIU, since their data is registered in the application.

Meanwhile, cards personalized before that date must go through the personalization process again.

“With this digital application, the user can check their card balance from anywhere without having to go to a station to do so. “We are continually working to provide all our users with optimal and timely service,” stated Carlos Andrés López, manager of Transmetro.

The System reminds its users of the importance of having their access card personalized, since the balance can be recovered in case of loss, damage or theft, and transferred to a new card.
