Customers who were affected by failures in Bancolombia’s virtual channels can request compensation.

The company explained that customers who had some “economic impact” during the failures in digital channels, for example, those who have not been able to meet their obligations with other entities, can access the “recompensation benefit.”

How to do it? Bancolombia reported that clients must follow the following steps:
