The guys are cheeky. Very. Not only they deceive left and right through a pyramid scheme that only serves to fill their pockets, but they also dare to threaten those who expose them.
They belong to a company called minedwhich promises extraordinary profits without explaining how they do it. Like every Ponzi scheme. Nothing new under the sun.
Diario Mendoza Today has been exposing them for years, from there comes the anger of the scammers. Who have publicly threatened the person who writes these lines, just to tell his tricks. Including the presentation they gave last Friday at the Sheraton hotel.
“Scared? Didn’t you want to play? Give me a more vulgar and unprofessional journalist. We will go to the last legal consequences; but before writing about someone again you are going to think twice…“, he threatened Micaela Pollera on his Instagram account, in obvious reference to this chronicler.
She is one of the leaders of the aforementioned job. The young woman already has experience in the field: she worked with the scammer Giovanni Caroglio and he also did the same in the IM Academy pyramid.
Even so, the woman insists: “This could cost that man his freedom due to the statements. We are going to use all the staff of lawyers that we have in different countries or we are going to track and know everything about them to give him the trial of his life”.
What will Mined’s lawyers accuse me of? Having assured that the company lacks authorization to give investment advice? To publish that they evade taxes? To affirm that they do not belong to e-commerce chambers and do not show balance sheets or prove registrations in the country?
I hope these guys advance in the trial they promise, because all of this is proven and documented. And it will be interesting to know how they will explain all this in court. And more, because there are so many other crimes in the making that deserve to be revealed.
