Naranja X announced that it will incorporate personnel without previous experience through the Talento Flux program.
Naranja X launched a new call for Talento Flux, a program that offers job opportunities specially designed for university students and recent graduates. With the aim of promoting professional development and facilitating insertion into the labor market. Anyone residing in Argentina can apply, as it offers the possibility of remote work from anywhere in the country. They can do so until July 5.
The bank’s call is aimed at students in recent years and graduates of Economic Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Social Communication, Human Resources, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Sociology or related degrees. It is not required to have work experience. In the company they pointed out that they were looking for people with a leadership attitude, prepared to take on challenges, with the ability to exercise feedback, and an interest in working with speed, impact and efficiency.
The Naranja X program focuses on various areas: finance, technology, marketing, customer service, etc. Participants will have the opportunity to work on real projects with the mentorship of experienced professionals from the company. In addition, workshops and virtual training sessions will be offered to strengthen technical and soft skills. Some of the challenges include collaborating as a team flexibly, identifying metrics and key performance indicators, and monitoring product evolution.
The selected young people will be able to work in a hybrid and flexible way (from home, in the office or with a mixed modality). The company also offers the #WorkFromAnywhere scheme by which each employee has 90 days to telework from anywhere in the world. And it has extended leave and flexibility upon return for fathers and mothers.
How to submit an application
Registration for the program is open until July 5. Those interested can apply through the official Talento Flux de Naranja X website, where they must complete a form and attach their resume. Candidates will be evaluated based on their academic performance, skills and motivation to join the company.
During 2022, Talento Flux achieved 89% employee satisfaction. For 30% of the applicants, it was their first job. The call made it possible to recruit profiles with an average age of 25 years from provinces such as Mendoza, Salta, Tucumán, Entre Ríos, Corrientes and La Rioja in addition to Córdoba and Buenos Aires, which demonstrates the federal scope of the program.
