Councilors received representatives of municipal retirees

The Family Rights Commission received representatives of municipal retirees this morning to discuss a file of a request made by Ana Delia Blanco in 2023 to shorten the deadlines for the settlement of salary increases, granted to active municipal employees, for them. and pensioners. It is a problem that the neighbor raised in a Citizen Bank, in which she stated that the increases were perceived in 90 days or more.

On this occasion, in response to the response from Human Resources and the IPS, who reported that the deadlines had been shortened, the neighbors said that they are currently receiving the increases in 30 or 60 days, so, although the situation is not ideal , it has improved. However, the councilors will continue to insist and work together with other municipalities that are affected by the same problem, so that it is solved.
On the other hand, the Commission worked on the Draft Ordinance of the Block of Councilors of Unión por la Patria in which they propose to implement a preventive campaign aimed at adolescents about the risks involved in online gambling and betting. With some proposed modifications, the project was sent to session.
