Check what will happen this week with fuel prices and when they will increase

This week expectations regarding significant changes in fuel prices continue. This Wednesday, June 26, marks a new week since the National Petroleum Company (ENAP) announced the second consecutive reduction in the price of gasoline. This news comes as a relief to drivers, who recently experienced a period of price increases.

What happens this week with fuels

According to the ENAP calendar, this week there will be no changes in the price of gasoline, diesel or vehicular LPG. This is because it is only the second week since the last adjustment announced on June 13, and three weeks are required according to the Fuel Price Stabilization Mechanism (MEPCO) to make modifications.

Consequently, The next update in fuel prices will be revealed on Wednesday, July 3, when ENAP issues its next weekly report. These modifications will come into effect from Thursday, July 4.

It currently cannot be determined whether gasoline will drop in the next weekly fuel price report on July 3. No details have been released about possible new developments in the report, and both the Minister of Finance, Mario Marcel, and his Energy counterpart, Diego Pardow, have not made any statements on the matter so far.
