Through this, a single payment of $22,000However, to receive it, it is important to meet the necessary requirements and make the request within the time established by the fund.
What are the requirements to receive the $22,000 bonus?
If you want to access this benefit you have to meet two conditions. The first is be a current member at the time of adoption and when the bonus application is made.
The second is to have adopted a minor who is not older than 14 years of age. If it is older, you will not be able to access the $22,000 from Caja Los Héroes.
How can I apply for the Adoption Bonus?
To access this benefit, you are two forms that Caja Los Héroes has enabled for you to make your request. These are:
- In person: Go to one of the branches of Caja Los Heroesindicate that you want to access the Adoption Bonus and present the necessary documentation.
- On-line: Enter your virtual branch and click on “Money Bonds”, select Adoption, follow the steps, attach the documents and that’s it.
Regardless of how you want to access this $22,000 bonus, it is important that you have the following documentation:
- Current identification card of the member.
- Simple copy of the minor’s adoption resolution issued by the corresponding Court
- Birth certificate of the minor, issued by the Civil Registry, proving age under 14 years.
- Application for Authorization and Payment of Benefits, signed by the worker. Available in section: Forms –> Affiliate Forms –> “Request for Authorization and Payment of Benefits in Money – Worker”
