The Rosario Real Estate Brokers Association and the Rosario Regional Development Institute (IDR) presented this Friday “+ PRODUCTION”, a business event that will bring together the “Second Logistics and Industrial Meeting of the Province of Santa Fe” and the “First Regional Forum of Productive Parks” to be held on September 11 and 12 at the New River Terminal Station with the aim of highlighting the potential of the logistics and industrial sector of the Rosario region and the central area of ​​Argentina, bringing together the actors of the logistics and industrial sector of the southern region of the province.

“We have no doubt that this will be one of the most important events of the year, where the entire real estate offer of industrial parks will be presented, all the developments and the sector that intervenes in the industrial and productive system of the province will be valued. It will also call on all the demand represented by companies that want to set up and are looking for new spaces,” said Patricio Arpini, representative of the Department of Logistics and Industrial Real Estate Brokers of the College of Real Estate Brokers of Santa Fe,

Arpini highlighted the added value of the strategic alliance with the IDR, stating that they will provide many more resources that will undoubtedly enhance the event. According to him, new industrial parks and new industrial projects will be presented that will reach the region.

The objective of the Logistics and Industrial Meeting of the province of Santa Fe (ELISFe) is to show all the potential that Rosario and its metropolitan area have for the development and growth of these activities. Currently, the region is positioned as the main productive hub of the country, due to the resources it has and the land, air and sea communication routes that connect us with the entire world.
