The well-known American company of engineering and robotics Boston Dynamics recently published a video in which you can see how a robot perfectly imitates the movements of a professional football player.

Surprisingly, the brand showed the ease in creating these robotic professional soccer players which could appear in the very near future.

In the video CGI, one of these androids, easily outruns a person and even dodges cones as if it were professional training. A real madness.

As expected, user feedback was not long in coming. Some welcomed the idea, while others disagreed with the video promoted by @TansuYegen.

“I’m a big fan of robots, but I would not watch a football game played by cyber footballers. I am not entertained by seeing programmed robots practicing my favorite sport,” said one of the Internet users. While a surprised woman replied: “The level of flexibility is insane.”

robots dance too

A short time ago, the same company shared the excellent choreography that the dancing robots put together and the video went viral in a matter of minutes.

Spot, Atlas and Handle, revolutionized social networks to the rhythm of the song “Do you love me?”
